Item shipped was wrong or defective. Please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com or by telephone (469-468-9229). You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving date. Please ship the item back to us. If we shipped you the wrong item, we will pay for your shipping cost (via USPS Ground or USPS Postal Mail) to ship the item back to us. We will ship the correct item to you.
Coloring or Perming Human Hair Extensions. Although human hair extensions can be dyed and permed, we do not recommend coloring or perming human hair extensions, as they have already been chemically processed. We will not assume responsibility for any damages that might result from coloring or perming.
1. Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition within 14 days of purchase date. We cannot accept items that are not in original factory condition(including all tags).
2. You must have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us and must be visible on the outside of the package. Otherwise, the package will be refused. To receive an RMA#, please contact:

3. Restocking fee of 20% will be applied for all refunds. Shipping and handling charges are not-refundable.
4. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
5. Refused packages: If a package delivery is refused by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customers Store Credit or Refund.
